The definition of a project is that It’s a temporary endeavour undertaken to create a unique product, service or result. Our experienced and registered team of project and construction managers can assist our clients with any of these unique products, services or results in the electrical, control and instrumentation fields. A project normally consists of the 5 processes namely initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing.

Projects

  • Initiating:

Our experienced team will be part of the project from the initiation /kick off phase where client engagement is of utmost importance. At this stage the scope of work and clarifications will be addressed. Contract finalisation are dealt with in a professional manner.

  • Planning:

Because of the vast experience in E, C&I projects, our team will be able to accurately plan a project including work breakdown structures to resource planning. Our schedules range from a level 1 type project master schedule to a level 5 type task detail schedule.

  • Executing

From designing, drawing or site establishment, we have the tools and equipment to make this process seem effortless. Site offices, stores and tools are part of our inventory. With no need to lease, the site establishment can happen much quicker. We also employ, full time, skilled and semi-skilled employees making mobilisation effortless.

  • Monitoring and Controlling

Our well developed, tried and tested quality system will satisfy any requirement ensuring only the best product and services are delivered to our clients. Full time employed quality officers with vast E,C&I project experience ensures that the quality system is enforced.

Full time registered safety officers and safety systems guarantees that our projects are done in such a manner that it will ensure the safety of all people and equipment on site.

  • Closing

Using a lessons learned document to enhance your daily operations is the key to success. This is a process that we have embraced to better our products and services to our clients.
